Project Description:
The building is set up with 8 bays complete with mezzanines. The mezzanines were constructed such that they could serve as either a mezzanine or a second floor. This project is an industrial condominium. The building was constructed with concrete block on the lower portion with insulated metal panels on the upper portion.
