Project Description:
Southpointe Commercial was designed to maximize building development in conjunction with parking availability on a small commercial site. Overall project design allowed for seven food service / restaurants on site. Pedestrian connection between buildings is also prominent in the overall design. Barry Sullivan, as a Senior Architectural Designer at Gibbs Gage Architects was the primary project designer responsible for the design and planning of the multi-building retail development. Barry was also responsible for coordination with the municipal planning department for all permit applications.
