Project Description:
Southbank Commercial Development comprises three development sites in southeast Okotoks adjacent to Highway #7 / 2A. The project consists of three multi-tenant retail buildings on Site #1, a Costco Warehouse and gas bar on Site #2, and a future three building multi-tenant retail development on Site #3. Sites #1 & 2 were developed simultaneously with all buildings fully leased by construction completion. Site #1 included anchor tenants such as West 49, Sleep Country, and Michael’s among others. Barry Sullivan’s role on this project was as Project Manager and Lead Designer. Barry worked exclusively with the client group on the design and development of the project and was involved from conception through to completion of Sites #1 & 2. This work included working jointly with Mulvanny G2 who were the Design Architects for the Costco development. .
