Project Description:
The Rosen Canada Development involves the Reclamation of a Brownfield Industrial Site for the New Head Office of Rosen Canada. The project consists of a new 9,787 m 2 (105,350 sq. ft.) 4 story office along with redevelopment of a 5,445 m 2 (58,610 sq. ft.) warehouse building to be utilized as their Pipeline Tool Construction and Redeployment Centre. The Rosen Canada Head Office project sits on an elevated location with The City of Calgary, and is designed to become a “Beacon at the Top of the Hill”. Its intent is to be highly visible and to create a draw in Southeast Calgary.
