Project Description:
The proposed facility is envisioned to compliment the two hotel developments already on site that would provide a restaurant facility for restaurant patrons. The conference facility would compliment both the hotel patrons but also respond to a conference size not currently available in the Calgary area. Close proximity to the Calgary International Airport enhanced the range of potential conference users to the facility. The location also presented commanding views of downtown Calgary, the Rocky Mountains, and sweeping views of the rolling foothills both east and west of the facility. Project has been placed on hold due to the Covid-19 outbreak and significant travel restrictions. Restaurant Seating: Indoor Seating - 122 seats, Outdoor Seating - 72 seats, Conference Centre has 2 conference rooms totaling 168 people capacity.
