Project Description:
The Pine Valley Seniors Lodge is located in Hinton, AB. The program requirements for this ‘Not of Profit’ Facility includes 80 studio style residential units with provision for various levels of Assisted Living care plus 20 independent living units that include one and two bed type suites. The design is unique, respecting the existing facility located on the site and allowing the creation of a series of smaller communities under one roof. Each community has communal living and eating areas depending on the level of care in a particular zone. The project also includes a full array of interior and exterior amenities for use by both the residents and surrounding neighbourhoods.
