Project Description:
Peachland condos was a 6 unit luxury condominium project on the banks of Lake Okanagan in Peachland, BC. The slope adaptive design allowed for the building to be buried into the side of the mountain, maximizing panoramic views of the lake from all units. The site contours accommodated for secure multi vehicle underground parking. All units were a two bed, two bath with a den layout. Designed with a gourmet kitchen in mind. Each unit included a large spacious deck outdoor entertainment area. Decks were focused on the west and south elevations that provided sweeping views of the lake while shading all units from the hot Okanagan sun. A central elevator made units accessible from the parkade to all levels.
