Project Description:
The proposed site is connected to the original ICON Industrial Development project also owned by Hungerford Developments and is the retail extension to the industrial redevelopment. The project is a three-phased development of which Phases 1 & 2 are now completed. The prime corner location aligned with the retail, food service, and service based uses that currently make up the tenant types. The site is anchored with a gas bar / retail store tenancy along with two major food service tenants that utilize the two drive-throughs designed in to the site. The site is located in a sensitive ecological area which required that all site drainage is directed through the landscape areas within the site prior to being allowed to migrate off site.
