Project Description:
The project consisted of the design of a 450 sqm LEED Certified multi-tenant pad building on the site of a former gas station. Our firm established the overall design concept for the building to compliment the client’s existing adjacent retail site and residential setting. We paid close attention to the site design to ensure we were coordinating with the existing infrastructure.
