Project Description:
The ICON Business Park is the redevelopment of an existing single tenant office and warehouse development. Originally the SMED world headquarters that sits on a prominent site along 52nd Street SE with a 3 ac. pond on site, the owners purchased the facility with a vision to create a multi-tenant development from the large iconic site. Our principal’s involvement was the development of a multi-tenanting design for both the warehouse facility along with the two storey office building and central staff cafe area. Through a series of internal demising walls and exit corridor, the building was successfully demised into 13 different warehouse tenants and four office tenancies.
