Project Description:
Heritage Pointe is a golf course community south of Calgary and includes a series of residential neighbourhoods encompassing a 27 hole golf course. The retail centre was developed as the social, retail and amenity hub for these country residential neighbourhoods. Amenities range from a gas bar / car wash / convenience store to restaurants, veterinary services, and retail services. On this project Barry Sullivan, as a Senior Architectural Designer at Gibbs Gage Architects was the primary project designer responsible for the design and planning of the multi-building retail development. Barry was also responsible for coordination with the municipal planning department for all permit applications.
