Project Description:
Barry Sullivan as a Project Designer while at another firm was lead designer on this multi-building development. As the first project of the East Lake Industrial District, this project exemplifies the architectural controls in place for the area. The project includes retail / industrial in Building ‘A’ whose tenants include tile resellers, appliance sales, and pool sales among others. The remaining buildings are focused on distribution warehouse tenancies.
