Project Description:
This building is an office/shop building for a long-standing Fort St. John, BC pipeline company. Their business had grown over the years and they were to the point where a new facility was required to continue to server their clientele. The building is a 2-storey office area with a connected shop area. The shop contains 2 large bays for truck wash, vehicle maintenance and repairs, heavy equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as catwalks for full vehicle access. The building is located on a large lot for storage of materials, vehicles, and equipment. It was constructed using precast concrete panels for the exterior walls and the firewall between the offices and the shop.
