Project Description:
The CARE veterinary hospital was constructed in 2006 as a private 24 hour pet hospital. The original building was 17,000 sq.ft. of hospital on the main floor with a 9,000 sq.ft. administrative offices on the second floor. In 2015, an international veterinary medical service provider purchased the operation and embarked on a complete upgrade to the facility, based on restructured services and updated veterinary models. The new program adds 3,200 sq.ft. on the main floor for a total of 20,300 sq.ft. on the main floor. No renovations were completed to the second floor.
