Project Description:
The building is on a uniquely shaped, sloping lot. The primary tenant did not want to have a step inside the building so the slope of the lot was used to achieve at grade access at one end with dock height access at the opposite end. It is constructed of precast concrete sandwich panels for the back wall plus portions of the end walls. The front is a brick veneer and stucco exterior wall assembly. Because of the corner site, the front glazing style was wrapped around the corner of the building.
