Project Description:
Bonavista Estates is a 6 building multi-residential development established as a down-sizing option for Lake Bonavista residents. The 288 total units range from 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms plus den. Both sites contain a central amenity building that includes an outdoor barbecue area. On this project Barry Sullivan, as an Intermediate Architectural Designer at Gibbs Gage Architects was a part of a two person design team responsible for the design and planning of the multi-building multi-residential development.
