Project Description:
The client’s desire was to redevelopment the building that would enhance the street façade on Banff Avenue, enhance the second floor tenancies by providing outdoor seating, and redevelop the main floor tenancies into three equal tenant bays. This work also included redevelopment of back of house areas and rear loading elevator for all tenants. The scope of work also included redevelopment of the lower level office / retail space to enhance base building finishes and create a more welcoming entry to this level. Exterior enhancements included the development of the outdoor deck for both existing restaurants, enhance the pedestrian street ambiance, and provide for sheltered entries to the main floor tenancies. Part of the redevelopment also included a new lighting design that showcases both the main street level and upper level eating areas.
